Each 90 day spread is split into 2 parts. The left hand side has room to track your feelings, habits, focus, goals and to do list for the day. While the right hand side is where you write out your meal plan for the day and also your workout.

This journal is a great tool for helping to achieve any health and fitness goals you may have. I love that each day has a dedicated two page spread, as it helps to plan your day and make sure you stay on track.

This diary is beyond what I thought it would be. The journal in its physical form is of high quality, the daily reminders are nice to read and a little cheeky (which is great) and the custom space to write my program is perfect. Makes me enjoy putting pen to paper again!
Works really well. Just wish that the 7 day review was every 7 days rather than just once. Apart from that I really like it and I’ve recommended it to friends who also really like the set up. I have gone through a lot of different fitness journals and this is the best one by far.
