i've been using this for 3 months now (just ordered another one) and it's been motivating and pushing me to keep my fitness goals consistent. i love that it includes a daily notes and to-do section - aside from fitness it's also my daily journal. helps me track everything from things i need to do, calendar events, water intake, exercise sets and even food - would definitely continue using this for a while.
This diary is beyond what I thought it would be. The journal in its physical form is of high quality, the daily reminders are nice to read and a little cheeky (which is great) and the custom space to write my program is perfect. Makes me enjoy putting pen to paper again!
I love this Fitness Journal so much, that it is the second one I purchased. Writing down your goals, food eaten and fitness tracking over the 90 day period makes you feel so accomplished when you can look back on the start of your journey
I was given one of these by my wife and am now proudly on my fourth GSD 90 Day Fit Journal. It's become one of my core non-negotiables every day. It's really been a big part of my transformation over the last year and can't imagine life without one now. If you are thinking about it - go for it. Challenge yourself for 90 days and see how great they are.
I really like the layout however I would prefer more of an exclusive workout focus. I rarely use the left side of the journal. I like the monthly calendar, wish there was a week in review after every week not just the first and then after a month. The exercise record area is often a tad too small for me. Wouldn't be an issue if I didn't have a strong weight training focus. Overall it keeps me focused and on track and helps me keep fairly clear records.
