This notebook is especially helpful, it’s small enough to take everywhere and I write a list of my daily workouts once a week and can easily check it off in this notebook each day and make notes to transfer to my larger fitness planning diary. I love the orange colour also
I love using this notebook every day to track my workouts and do my daily intention setting. It's so handy and useful!
I enjoy using this to track fitness..I would really love some more fitness inspo/tips/motivational quotes etc. I also find the two pages a bit too much for 1 day but overall it's a good tool :)
