When will I get my order?
Once we receive your order we’ll get it processed and packed in 1-3 days. We ship Australia wide using Australia Post.
International orders are sent via DHL and can take up to 3 weeks depending on the destination.How much is shipping?
We offer $6.50 flat rate shipping Australia wide. International shipping starts at AUD$16.50 and will be calculated at the final checkout based on the parcel weight and destination.How do I track my order?
We’ll forward you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please note some countries do not provide live tracking but rest assured your order is on its way.

Orders are billed in Australian dollars. We accept all major credit cards and as well as PayPal. Simply select your preferred payment method at the checkout.How can I cancel an order?
We start processing your order as soon as possible and unfortunately can’t cancel an order once we’ve started packing it. If you’ve made a mistake and get in touch with us within 1-2 hours, we can usually cancel or amend it.I’m having issues ordering online. What can I do?

First, please check our Shipping and Delivery information for the approximate shipping time for your location. During peak times, please allow additional days for delivery.
