Tell us a bit about what you do and your journey to getting there
I have personally come a long way for someone my age, but I still have a lot to learn. I built my business on hard work, good energy, unique company culture, and an open mind.
I have always had a talent for business and marketing, even from an early age. Upon graduating from high school I began working in the fast food industry as a cashier and bathroom cleaner. I kicked ass at it and wanted to move up the ranks. I shortly moved up to store manager. I was consistent, punctual, courteous, and wasn't afraid to speak my mind. I was the youngest manager in the entire company.
Throughout this process, I saved my money knowing I'd want to start a business, and I did.
It was an events company that didn't turn me any profits. I cut my losses with that company after a year and got a Marketing Director job at mph club®, shortly after the founding partners, the head of operations and I exploded the company internationally across all mediums.
After a year and a half of success and growth, I decided to take the plunge and start my own marketing firm. Since then I have had 5 offices, dozens of employees and collaborators, and have worked with some of the biggest brands on the planet. We take pride in being transparent and to the point. We are available 24/7 and we treat our clients (partners) like family.
Tell us what your morning routine consists of
I usually wake up at 5:30 AM, walk my dog (who goes with me EVERYWHERE), I shower and I make sure to never miss breakfast. I bag a mid-morning snack and I head out. On the way to work I listen to the radio for a bit to catch up on breaking news and I walk into my office at 6:30 to prepare the day for my team.
Upon arriving catch up on emails and stay up to date with industry news and pop culture so I do a lot of reading and research. By 9 AM I'm way ahead of the game and ready to kill it with my team.
What are some goals that you’ve set for the next 12 months?
Over the next 12 months, I want to get into a consistent workout routine, I want to be more efficient in my workday, and I want to spend more time with loved ones.
Doing good in business is obviously the goal but sharing precious time with those who are most important to you is priceless.

Do you have a habit that you’re currently working on improving?
I'm always improving my organizational and time management skills on a personal level. I use tools such as phone reminders, Google Calendars and Sheets, Trello, and Dropbox.
